What Is a Sound Bath?
Just as a typical bath involves a person immersing themselves in water, a sound bath attempts to immerse a person in sound, so they feel enveloped in it. Sound Baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into healing, meditative and enhanced states of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, emotional and energetic healing, expanded consciousness, spiritual discovery, deep rest, and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to know, do, or believe. Simply close your eyes and allow the healing sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to support you as you expand your energy field, dissolve blockages, and discover your inner peace. Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration. This is not a mediumship event but I will give a small talk about my own healing experience with sound and then you can experience the wonderful benefits of a sound bath for yourself facilitated by Jeffrey.
All are welcome. No experience necessary. July 13th, 2023 • 7pm-8:30pm FLOTE Please you must bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you wish, as participants will be laying on the floor for this event. You are welcome to bring water, eyeshades, crystals, other sacred objects, or anything else that will support you in a more comfortable experience. If you don’t have a yoga mat, an additional blanket can be used. Please be on time as we start promptly at 7:00pm. This is a John Holland produced event so please Do Not call the venue. A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
