Soul Inspirations – How to Use Your Spiritual Assets in Difficult Times
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life right now, please know—you’re not alone.
These days, so many people are navigating uncertainty. Maybe it’s a shift in your personal life, a decision weighing on your heart, or simply the heaviness of the world around you. It’s in these moments that everything can feel magnified. The questions get louder. The path gets foggier. The usual support systems may not feel as solid.
And you begin to wonder: How do I get through this?
It’s human to feel lost at times. We all do. But when the outside world feels unsteady, I encourage you to turn inward—because that’s where your true strength resides.
You weren’t meant to navigate this life blindly. You were given spiritual assets—tools that help you stay centered, even when everything around you feels chaotic.
I’m talking about your intuition, your connection to Spirit, your inner wisdom, and the soul practices that help you feel anchored and aligned. These sacred assets aren’t just “extras” or “nice ideas”—they’re part of your divine makeup. They were built into you for moments just like this.
In fact, difficult times aren’t a sign that you’ve been abandoned by Spirit ... they’re often an invitation to lean in even more deeply.
You might not have control over what’s happening outside of you—but you absolutely have influence over how you respond to it. And that response becomes more empowered, more aligned, and more compassionate when it comes from your soul instead of your fear.
So today, I want to gently guide you back to what’s already within you. Because I promise—your soul knows how to get through this.

Your Spiritual Assets Are Meant for Times Like These
Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people—through private readings, live events, and Soul Community teachings—and one thing I’ve seen again and again is this:
We tend to forget how spiritually equipped we really are.
When life gets challenging, it’s easy to default to worry, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm. But those are reactions of the ego—not the soul.
Your spiritual self—the wiser part of you—already knows how to navigate adversity. The key is learning to quiet the noise long enough to hear it.
So here are a few ways to activate and work with your spiritual assets during difficult times:
1. Start with Stillness
When things get hard, the mind wants to fix, solve, or run. Instead, take a moment to pause. Be still. Spirit speaks in whispers—not noise. Give yourself even just five minutes of quiet to reconnect.
2. Lean Into Intuition Over Logic
Your intuition is one of your most powerful tools. Ask yourself, “What feels right?” rather than “What makes sense on paper?” You’ll often find that your gut offers far more clarity than your head.
3. Call on Your Spiritual Team
You are never truly alone. Just remember that your guides, loved ones in Spirit, and angels are always close by. Speak to them. Ask for a sign. Ask for strength. Then trust that support is on the way.
4. Use the Tools You Already Have
Have you worked with Oracle cards? Do you journal? Meditate? These practices aren't only for peaceful days—they're lifelines during the storm. Return to the tools that align your energy and calm your spirit.
5. Offer Soul-Guided Support to Others
Sometimes the best way to reconnect to your own guidance is to gently support someone else—from the heart, not the ego. Just being present for someone is an act of spiritual service.
***
The difficult moments in life don’t mean you’ve failed. They don’t mean you’re broken. They’re often part of your soul’s growth—an invitation to remember who you really are.
You are intuitive. You are deeply connected. And you have access to sacred wisdom within you at all times.
So, if you're facing something heavy right now, ask yourself: What part of me already knows the next right step?
Then pause ... listen ... and trust the answer.
Live a soul-filled life!
